Founded in early 2006, our vision is to provide clear, honest computer advice to customers at the best possible price.

What Makes Us Different & Special?

1. Our Management:
The PC Guys™ is a team of senior level, experienced professionals with the skills and ambition to create a nationally branded company founded on high quality standards and great customer service. More

2. Our Engineers:
Every Engineer goes through a multi-stage assessment process. The Directors meet every one of them to ensure they meet our demanding recruitment policy. They'll be given our proprietary Engineers Manual and a comprehensive education programme, exceptional quality, for exceptional service. They know everything there is to know about IT support and computer repair.

3. Assessments:
A member of The PC Guys™ team will phone every customer for their feedback. To become a permanent Engineer they need good satisfaction scores…it will also have a bearing on their bonus! We believe in ongoing assessments to keep us ahead of the game.

4. Honesty:
We insist on complete honesty and have zero tolerance to anything else. We need to trust one another and we want our customers to feel they can rely on us. We encourage our employees to openly express their opinions and ideas.

5. Attention to Detail & Risk Assessment:
We apply appropriate levels of care to situations that may generate risk. So, all our Engineers undergo a full CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) assessment at the start of the recruitment process and we always take and follow up references. We capture driving licence details.

6. Operational Simplicity & Robustness:
Our HQ systems and processes are, robust and scaleable, built on sophisticated commercial technologies, we have back-up systems in place and carefully test new technology before introducing it. So, we have our own IT support too!

7. No Franchises:
We won't risk quality or customer satisfaction by franchising or building loose networks of unknown IT Engineers. For market beating service we want to control Engineer quality, receive all customer calls and track their progress, measure customer satisfaction from the centre, provide ongoing process development and Engineer training. We couldn't do this if we were franchised, so we're not!

8. Zonemasters:
Each of our regions has a "Zonemaster" controlling it, permanent employees based at our HQ. They know all the Engineers in their region, build their diary plans, and deal with customer follow-ups. It's costly but "you're worth it!"

9. Drive & Ambition:
