Here are some of the questions we're most frequently asked.

Q: Are you a franchise or owned by a bigger company?

A: We are owned by Tesco Holdings Ltd but are run as an independent company that employs its own call-centre and Engineer staff. We feel this is necessary to maintain our high levels of service and quality.

Q: Why are your Engineers better?

A: Every Engineer is highly trained and selected for home and company network skills and goes through a demanding recruitment policy including a full Criminal Record Bureau assessment. They undertake a comprehensive education programme with ongoing assessments and to become a permanent Engineer they need good satisfaction scores. We insist on complete honesty.

Q: Can I trust your prices?

A: You can trust us to be honest and transparent in our financial dealings with you. Remember, we always give you a clear and firm quote up front. Our prices are based on experience and our desire to offer you best value, quality and satisfaction. If you're ever uncomfortable with a price we quote you, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Q: How do your training classes work?

A: Everybody has different needs so tell us what you'd like help with and we'll get an Engineer to you for as long as you require. You can also have up to 4 members of your staff. We regularly run special training promotions so call us to find out what the latest offers are.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We only take credit or debit cards or company cheques.

Q: Do you guarantee your service?

A: Yes we guarantee our work from a visit for 28 days, and our remote resolution work for 5 days. If you're not completely satisfied with the service we've provided we'll remedy that immediately at no extra charge.

Q: When are your phone lines open?

A: Our phone line is ready to take your call from 8am to 7pm, Monday-Friday, 9-5 Saturday & 10-4 Sundays and Bank Holidays. You'll always talk to a real person. We'll never put you into a queue, nor send you to a foreign call-centre. If all our lines are already busy, simply leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: Do you offer a remote resolution service?

A: Yes we do, and where possible we'll try and resolve your computer problem by connecting in remotely. If you still require a visit we'll get an Engineer out to you a.s.a.p.

Q: Have you helped any famous people?

A: Yes, but we treat all customers as confidential. These days most people have at least one computer and that means most people will have at least one computer problem!
