In our experience with ongoing support, it is important for us to offer customers easy to understand plans, which clearly demonstrate good value. We have therefore created the following options:
Option 1
Support on an adhoc basis is charged at the following hourly rates:
- £65 + VAT for work on normal desktops or laptops.
- £85 + VAT for work involving servers.
larger projects we can do discounted day or half day rates. Call for details.
There are no contracts with this choice and we charge on a per incident basis. Often our customers take this option when trying us for the first time and then opt for one of the other options listed below to gain additional cost saving and guaranteed response times.
Option 2
The PC Guys Voucher Scheme
We provide vouchers (each voucher is worth 1 hour) to be redeemed as and when you need us. Unlike some companies, we do not put expiry dates on the vouchers and they are a great way for you to reduce costs, and know that you always have access to IT Support.
Buy 5 Vouchers and get 10% discount on our standard labour prices Buy 10 Vouchers and get 10% discount on our standard labour prices plus an additional 1 Voucher free (1 hours free work). In other words 11 for the price of 10.
Option 3
Support contract
We can offer tailored remote or on-site support contracts, priced based on your systems and response time requirements. On average we are able to fix over 80% of all problems via remote support, meaning this is an incredibly cost effective method for ensuring you have IT support.
All support contracts also entitle you to a 10% discount off our standard labour charges for any work outside your contract.
